Rush delivery is an upgrade option that guarantees your order to arrive in five business days from the day you place your order. Rush delivery is available at an additional 15% of your order total, or R250, whichever is greater.
Select that option at checkout you will get your order bedore 5 days. We have GUARANTEED shipping options to accommodate a deadline of less than five days.
Standard South African mail postal address format is what we need (no PO boxes can be accepted, however). Please be sure to give us your full company name (if applicable), your full name, full street number, full street name, any and all apt, suite, floor, room or mailbox number designations, city, state, province, country and zip (postal) code.
When you add an item to your cart, you’ll be asked to choose a shipping speed. After that, we’ll show you the promised arrival date for your item – and we stand by that. Bad weather and carrier delays can happen, but if your order doesn’t get there on time and you’re not satisfied, neither are we. Contact us – we’re here to help.
Once your order ships, we’ll send you a shipment confirmation email that includes the delivery method, estimated arrival date and other tracking details (if available). You can also go to your order history to look up tracking info.
We use a variety of shipping carriers, including Courier Guy or RAM. We determine which carrier to use for your order based on a variety of factors, such as products purchased, shipping address, size/weight of the order and delivery speed selected.
Yes. Where available, you are able to choose an eligible pickup point for your delivery. To view eligible locations, select “Pickup Point” in the shipping address field at checkout.
Packages are delivered by 8pm in your time zone daily. If it is not yet 8pm you can view your tracking information in your Order History under My Account. You can also contact us at any time, and we’ll be glad to assist.
Ordering custom shirts first starts with selecting your preferred garment or product. The next step is then creating your custom design or requesting a quick quote. Once you create your design and your garment has been selected, you can decide where you want the design to live on your t-shirt, sweatshirt or other types of apparel.
With Off Print, it’s easy to order your custom shirts online using our custom Design Studio. By default the color of the T-shirt will be black, In order to change the color of the t-shirt, First Double click it, scroll down, under the t-shirt you will see something like a cup, Click it, it will show you a color palette, click color of your choice. Upload your design or type your words.

We can handle any file type, but we prefer PDF files. If submitting a raster file (.psd, .jpg, .gif), we prefer high resolution. The higher the DPI (dots per inch) the better.
We’re glad you asked! Because of how the custom screen printing process works, each ink color needs to be applied to your garment by a separate screen…so each additional color adds another screen and step to the process. Additionally, to create high-quality custom t-shirts (with no bleed between colors, etc.) the right amount of time between steps needs to be present. All of this combined means that with each additional color you add to your design, we add quite a bit more press time and labor
No! We try to keep our catalogue as manageable (and non-underwhelming for you!) as possible, which means that we only add our most popular products to it. If there’s a specific garment that you have in mind for your project, it’s pretty much a sure thing that we can source it (or at least something very similar!), so just reach out to our team and we’ll get you moving in the right direction.
For orders of over 100 units, we recommend filling out our High Quantity Inquiry Form, which will get you in touch with one of our awesome Product Specialists who’ll be able to set you up for success. Anything less than that you should have no problem setting up within our Product Builder!
